1、傾斜傳動平穩，在負載下不抖動，整機不能翻轉。當負載 Q超過25 kg時，應有電源驅動功能。

2、設置限位裝置，控制傾角和角度指示標志。

1、旋轉驅動電機要實現無級調速，并能實現制動。

1. The rotary drive motor needs to achieve stepless speed regulation and be able to achieve braking.

2、在旋轉速度范圍內，承受負荷時轉速波動不超過百分之5。

三、其他注意事項

1、變位機應設置導電裝置，以避免焊接電流穿過軸承、齒輪等傳動部位。導電性設備的電阻不能超過1 mΩ，且其容量要滿足焊接額定電流的要求。

1. The positioner should be equipped with conductive devices to prevent welding current from passing through transmission parts such as bearings and gears. The resistance of conductive equipment should not exceed 1 m Ω, and its capacity should meet the requirements of welding rated current.

2、變位機的控制部分應設置聯動接口，用于自動焊接。

3、工作臺的構造應方便工件或夾具的安裝，也可以通過與用戶協商確定其結構形式。

4、負荷與偏心距和重心距的數據，應在變頻機使用說明書中明確說明。
